Before arrival

Prepare your Greece clearance folder.

• Passports or accepted travel documents for everyone aboard
• Valid insurance certificate. A Greek-language certificate or Greek translation should be provided where required for verification by the competent Greek authority.
• Previous port clearance or departure document, when issued
• Transit Log details, when applicable
• Registration certificate
• Crew and passenger list
• TEPAI or eTEPAI confirmation, when applicable
• VAT, Union status or temporary-admission evidence, when relevant
• Αssignment of service / representation
